Nice place with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and an electric kettle. I'm grateful for the staff who helped me return my forgotten belongings during my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The location is brilliant, 1 km from Church. Make sure to get double room with a BATH which was great after walking the coast from Staithes, lovely thick carpet, as for instance.

The bed was comfortable!
Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of damp in the downstairs area, which persisted throughout my stay. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with the bath containing debris and noticeable cobwebs in the corners. The heavy bedroom doors were quite hard to open and slammed loudly, disturbing our evenings.

The hotel's position was comfortable and peaceful, so close to an alley with cobble stones and fairy lights, all enclosed as well as the old town close to the Abbey steps.

The location was great, in the old town close to the Abbey steps with easy access to a supermarket and stores. Appreciated central heating, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities in the room. The staff was courteous when needed. We were there for 2 nights and felt would happily return.

I spent two nights in a Beautiful King Room at Sanders Yard. The bed? Incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a fine roll-top bath, great for unwinding after walking around Whitby. The views from the room were captivating. I faced some challenges with parking. The closest street parking was quite a trek with luggage, though I did eventually find a space. The minor issue of not having a hairdryer in the room caught me off guard, but that's a small detail. A fridge would have been a nice touch. All in all, I loved my stay but felt some amenities could enhance the experience further.

I stayed 1 night in the Double Room, and it was lovely! The bed was super comfy and the room felt warm and cozy. The shower was great too! The location was key, right in the center of everything. Just a couple of small things, the corridors could use a freshen up and the remote for the TV didn't work. But overall, a nice stay!

Had a lovely stay in a beautifully decorated room with an amazing comfy bed! The nearby beach and cute little coffee shops were perfect for some downtime. Just a minor issue with a strong smell in the entrance, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 😊
